Your prior education has lead you here — an opportunity to learn diagnostic ultrasound in as little as one year. All from the convenience of you home, office, or while traveling. For most students, investing in a private postsecondary vocational education requires careful financial planning.
As you will find in the admissions process, students find great value in the creative way we prepare our students for the future.
As an accelerated training center, we strive to admit talented individuals with a passion for healthcare diagnostic imaging, regardless of resources. We believe all students should have the opportunity to reach their goals. Therefore, students who feel that the tuition is out of their reach should not hesitate to apply for admission. The WRDLC program is a diploma-granting program and you will be using your 2-year allied health degree from an accredited institution or your bachelor’s degree to qualify. Therefore, government funding options do not apply.
We are here to help you determine the best payment option for this very important educational investment. We offer in-house payment plans that are interest free and adjustable. It is our goal to help you reach your goal and our financial assistance makes your education in diagnostic ultrasound a reality.

"Wolf River Diagnostic Learning Center provides a professional education that prepares you for what is expected in the ultrasound field. The school provides a safe online environment for personal success which is only possible because they care."
We make it easy for you to afford your postgraduate education. Financial Aid is provided by Wolf River Diagnostic Learning Center in the form of affordable monthly payments and supported for up to 5 years. Students have an obligation for contributing to a portion of their tuition during enrollment. Lack of funds shouldn't keep a student from obtaining a post-secondary education. The WRDLC Financial Planning Office can get you set up with interest-free payment plans.
Students are expected to have their tuition paid-in-full at the end of their approved financial schedule with a maximum duration of 5 years. Any remaining balance must be part of an approved plan and will accrue 5% interest.
Tuition deductions are offered to students paying in full or with specific percentages paid at the time of enrollment.
We accept private and cultural scholarships and grants.
You can pay your tuition payment using a credit card, bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, or bill pay. If you are using a credit card there is a 3% fee applied to your payment. Other fees may apply according to your credit card policy.
Books are not included in the tuition. It is suggested to buy books through Elsevier.
If you miss a payment you have a five-day grace period without penalty. After the grace period, there will be a late fee applied each day until the tuition payment is received for a maximum of ten days.
The IRS only allows degree-granting programs to be tax deductible. The education at WRDLC is considered a postgraduate education and therefore does not qualify for educational expenses. However, if a company is paying your tuition or a portion of your tuition on your behalf there may be sponsorship deductions that would apply. We advise that talk to a certified and licensed CPA for up-to-date information regarding tax-deductible education.
